We have compiled a list of the most difficult ranges, which we not only supply at a great price, but also keep in stock, which means they are available for immediate despatch!
1) Smilight fluorescent tubes – A non-standard T5 tube, commonly used for under-cabinet lighting in kitchens – These are designed specifically for Smilight fittings that were used by MFI, Hygena and Schrieber kitchen fitters. Hard to find, these are one our best selling ranges. View Smilight replacement tubes.
2) Smilight replacement fittings – This is where this get a little complicated. Fittings for the above tubes are now unfortunately completely obsolete. We have a solution though. Our range of replacement fittings take a different tubes, and also come in at a slightoly different size – The power leads and connection plugs are compatible though, which means you do not have to worry about re-wiring – The new fittings will simply plug in, in the old fittings place – View T5 Smilight replacement fittings.
3) 32.5 volt 34 watt SBC-B15 Miniature Light Bulb – Garage Door Bulb – As used on Henderson / Sommer Sommer Sprint, Marathon & Duo Vision garage door operators. Small bayonet cap. Sommer Ref: 11010A. View Garage replacement lamps.
4) T4 Fluorescent Tubes – This range is very difficult to find and match. There are around 25 different manufacturers that make these tubes and they are all made in a different length, which makes them very hard to match-up. This is our most popular range, but please make sure you double check the dimensions before ordering – T4 Under-cabinet fluorescent tubes.
5) Aurora AU-MR16/50SQ Aurora AU-MR16/50HX Square and hexagonal halogen light bulbs – Made specifically for square and hexagonal shaped fittings, these lamps are no longer being made by Aurora. Luckily we get these made exactly to the original specifications and because of that, these are a best seller. The original fittings for these lamps were very expensive which means people are generally reluctant to swap them over. Add to the fact, that replacing these will also mean re-plastering, it makes it much easier just to swap the light bulbs over – Square and hexagonal light bulbs.
